Joefin18 Posted June 12, 2020 Share #1 Posted June 12, 2020 What are your guys favorite/best books going over issued knives from any period in the US? I’m very interested and would love to continue my collection while staying informed. So far I’ve collected a lot of WWII era blades but would like to branch out. SKIPH Posted June 12, 2020 Share #3 Posted June 12, 2020 Joefin18- Here's some I like, other collectors will add more. M.H. Cole's "US Military Knives,Bayonets, & Machetes", Books III, IV, or "The Best of", US Knife-Bayonets, & Scabbards", Cunningham, "Knives of the US Military, World War II", Silvey, "US, & Allied Military Knives, M3s & M4s", Walters, "Military Knives: A Reference Book", various authors, "The Mark 1 trench Knife & Variations", Aloisio. Some of the authors mentioned above have multiple books, all are great, these are ones I currently have. Hope this will help. SKIP
