Please Help Me ID This US Military Lined Pants Trousers

I think this maybe a part of flight suit or US Army Cold Weather gear, please help me ID this lined trouser pants.  Its ether from the 60s Vietnam era but im not sure if its Koren war era, not sure...


~ What it has for features ~

- item has its QM Label missing but in one of the pockets its size was marked 38.
- Main zip fly has a snap button, side waist zip close vents, & leg vent zips
- All zippers are marked "Conmar" with a leather like pull tab attached
- Front snap pockets on the thigh area
- Rear snap pockets with a rear cinch
- Knit Elastic on bottom of leg

- Thick Insulation
- Nylon fabric mix

Yes they appear to be 60s/70s style F1B trousers missing the suspenders
