Hello everyone, acquired a small grouping of items from an estate sale belonging to John J. Rush who was part of the 13th Air Force.

From back row to front:

United States Army Air Forces Far East Air Force sleeve insignia, 13th Air Force insignia, "Ruptured Duck" breast patch, 3 "Ruptured Duck" lapel pins, unknown American legion lapel pin and unknown lapel pin (I assume something to do with Air Force?) - If anyone knows what this one with the red star is feel free to share.

Two different dog tags - Does anyone know what T43 means next to his service number?

US WWI Victory Medal (not his, as he was born in 1926), US WWII Victory Medal, Asiatic–Pacific Campaign Medal, 9943 United States Army (War Department) & USN "A Pocket Guide to New Caledonia" (contains some of his handwritten notes in the back of events on different days, kind of neat)

All in all, not a bad haul for $80.
