walfisch Posted May 15, 2020 Share #1 Posted May 15, 2020 Hello All, Attached is a closeup of a small image of my father-in-law circa late '43 to Spring '45. S/Sgt. A. Francischetti who trained in the 29th Div., beginning in 1941, came through Iceland - England - believed to have been 2nd wave D-Day, France - Battle of the Bulge and into the Rhineland. Patch appears to be an arrowhead shape. Any ideas what this represents? Thanks for any assistance!!
Ivydiv Posted May 15, 2020 Share #2 Posted May 15, 2020 I believe it is the Iceland Base Command patch.
