Medic helmet, what period?

What period are the markings and paint on this helmet?

Helmet is a front seam fixed bail, number is unreadable.

Liner is a Firestone, anyone knows the meaning of the stamps on it?

The only meaning I see is that JP-4 is a denomination for a US jet fuel, whose NATO denomination is F-40 ?

IMO it looks more like 50's-60's era, but there were many variations over the years of medic insignia.
