I have tried looking at the available on line information and can't match it to anything. There is a red thread crossing through the eye of the eagle on this patch. Posted April 29, 2020 Share #2 Posted April 29, 2020 Your patch is modern made and the red dots in the eye are just residual stitches from the embroidery machine as it embroidered the red tongue.
