This rack is part of a 66th Constab Sq/2nd Cav Regt Ike.

 

Can someone please ID the ribbons on the bottom row? They all look foreign to me. Is there a missing device on the one on the far right, bottom row?

 

Sorry for the poor image - the plastic coating kept reflecting...

The ribbon on the lower right missing the device looks like the US Merchant Marine Atlantic War Zone ribbon.

Sophisticated guess that the lower left is meant to represent the Merchant Marine Combat bar.

I'll piggyback on jweitkamp's ID. I think you have the MM Combat Bar, The MM Defense Ribbon and the MM Atlantic War Zone Ribbon. I'm assuming that the ribbons were done by someone with only a vague idea of what the ribbons were supposed to look like. Obviously, the Atlantic War Zone ribbon didn't have any devices, but I wouldn't be surprised if the veteran didn't add a campaign star or two to make him look more like other WWII veterans.

That’s a weird MM Combat Bar?

Looks like they have been exposed to heat and warped since they were in plastic

The CB has a wavy red line and was made that way.

 

What’s the story to that?

 

The red line should be straight.
