I need help identifying these marking inside my ike jacket

Hello, so today i decided to look for names in some of my ike jackets that i own in one ike jacket I found a bunch of markings can you help me identify what they mean?
First One L9427
Second One Pty24949
Third One Liooy or Liopy or Lioqy

Any help is appreicated

Yup looks like an ID mark. Looks like it was applied a long time ago with a ball point pen.

The other mark looks much newer and its in black marker of some sort.

So............

???Maybe a military surplus dealers inventory mark ???

My two cents. ( My Guess)

Whats the outside look like? Remember the old huge surplus stores they used to have? Even in the early 1980's they had ike jackets and ww2 wool trench coats etc etc .

This is what the outside of the jacket looks like and how could i narrow it down to a specific guy with the laundry number and libby?
