Other country codes: 00, 01 = USA 12 = Germany 13 = Belgium 14 = France 17 = Neatherlands 20, 21 = Canada 22 = Denmark 23 = Greece 25 = Norway 26 = Portugal 28 = Luxemburg others os exits but don´t have them in mind...
