TCSchultz Posted March 9, 2020 Share #1 Posted March 9, 2020 I found this US Army Enlisted Collar Device that used a recycled brass clock face for the backing circle behind the U.S. device. Can't tell who made it but I have to assume that this was early war when they were trying to get stuff made in a hurry.

VMI88 Posted March 10, 2020 Share #7 Posted March 10, 2020 That's really cool! The clock faces were probably scrap or unused stock from the same manufacturer who made the disks.
TCSchultz Posted April 3, 2020 Author Share #8 Posted April 3, 2020 Thanks for the positive replies and I thought it was interesting to see, certainly shows what can be done in an emergency situation.
