AB45 Posted February 24, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 24, 2020 Hi Those who have time and happen to be nearby. Maybe you should take a look at the spectra. It could be interesting. However, because of the great distance, I don't expect you to come. I will try to be there. To be able to report them with a few pictures. At the Nilkheim bunker, near Aschaffenburg, a 20-vehicle commemorative trip starts on the 75th anniversary of the Baum task force, the so-called Patton raid. At this command, General Patton ordered the liberation of the Hammelburg POW camp, which was then 80km behind enemy lines. The command ended in a fiasco! The historic vehicles will meet on March 28th, 2020 at 08:00 a.m. at the Nikheim Bunker (Bunker 224). The departure of the memorial trip is at 9:00 a.m. Everyone who is interested is cordially invited to take a look at the bacon rig of the historic vehicles at the Nikheim bunker from 08:00 to 09:00. https://www.facebook.com/events/bunker-224/75-jahre-patton-raid/2997231007001800/
