I know mess kits are a boring subject, but this one is a little different. First I noticed that it is unmarked on the handle; no maker, date, or US.

Now the odd part. The markings are there after all. Just on the underside of the handle. New employee's first day at LF&C? Who knows.

He had a bad day and flipped his lid. Or at least his handle.
