"JACKET, COLD WEATHER, PERMEABLE" (aka the N-2)

You're on the mark with this one, it's the later version of the A-2 with the straight cut pocket flap circa 1970's

See here for both versions in our USN reference section - USN Deck Jacket (Jacket, Cold Weather, Permeable)

Any idea about the stenciling or markings on the back?

Second one looks like a light weight flyer's jacket from the 1970s (I think the early version of the CWU-36/P) in small-regular.

Its Lightweight with no lining or insulation present, dont cwu-36/p have around collar points, the pockets seam off after i searched the model number. Would you like more photos of the 2nd jacket?
