Period photo of jump jacket being worn by a non-paratrooper

I was going through a photo album at the flea market and came across a couple of pictures of individuals wearing uniforms with the USAAC trooper carrier command shoulder sleeve patch. The seller was asking way too much for the album so I didn't buy it. However I did come across one photograph of an individual wearing a jump jacket which I copied on my cell phone.
