bldrhouse Posted February 3, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 3, 2020 I've acquired some gorgeous large 72+ inches long Japanese "Going to War" banners, and am always worried about moths and so want to clean them. Some of the kanji on the banners are hand-painted, so I cannot hand wash, and dubious about local (even top-notch) local ecological cleaners. I really don't want to frame them, but maybe the best solution.... Ideas?
Thor996 Posted February 3, 2020 Share #2 Posted February 3, 2020 should post this on world militaria forum.
MAW Posted February 3, 2020 Share #3 Posted February 3, 2020 I would recommend not cleaning them. They look good "as is", and it's an unnecessary risk.
