tmackie Posted January 29, 2020 Share #1 Posted January 29, 2020 Amazing career collection for Bert J. Pandy. Born in Ohio, Bert served as navigator on B-17s in 1944 with the 427th BS/303rd BG out of Molesworth. He was recalled in 1950 to continue his service as a Navigation Instructor through the 50s and 60s. Bert and his wife Deloris, were personal friends of the family. Both passed away about 10 years ago. The collection is representative of the unique transitional period from the Army Air Force, to the USAF....and the migration from the pinks and greens of the army, to the blue of the USAF. Collection includes great uniforms, medals, awards, and photos....both of a personal nature as well as B-17 crew photos and bomb run photos. Also all the Hells Angels newsletters and 303rd info. WWIIinterviews Posted January 29, 2020 Share #2 Posted January 29, 2020 Amazing collection! Lot of great photos and reference material. Would you happen to have any information in the materials relating to a Howard Reeves of the 460th BS?
