Recently found this on Ebay under the British section (does look British). I apparently wasn't the only one who knew what it was (it didn't go real cheap), but still got a reasonable deal on it.

Now I need to find a USMC paymaster sgt......

Thanks for the comments. What I like about this one is that it has tiny thread holes around the perimeter that indicate it was actually worn (unlike the far more common USMC SGM and QM SGT chevrons, that are all probably unused surplus)
