tdogchristy90 Posted January 10, 2020 Share #1 Posted January 10, 2020 I saw a preview maybe a year or so ago at the movie theater. The trailer I think involved an amputee from Iraq or Afghanistan. (For some reason I remember him waking up and brushing his teeth). I've tried to remember this movie so I could keep an eye out for it but I can't remember. Thoughts on any modern veteran movies? They go one of a few ways usually... 1) Crappy liberal-agenda anti-war PTSD stigma pushing swill 2) Over-the-top patriotic-propaganda pushing Americanpaloozas 3) Hollywood-can't-settle-for-honesty-churched-up-BS 4) Spec Ops/MOH Worshipping Flicks And before everyone starts screaming how good some of the more popular ones are, anyone who thinks Lone Survivor or American Sniper are historically accurate haven't read the after-action reports I was appalled how quickly Hollywood started churning out the movies in the early days.
