These are shirt size and appear to be made from brass, they have a copper brass tone to them. Theatre made or just the finish worn off? They are not marked.

Look like modern wings that were subdued but the black coating has been rubbed off.

Air Force wings are not black when subdued like the Army wings. USAF normally does not use subdued metal badges, but use blue cloth badges. These were probably silver plated and the finish has just worn off.
