Vietnam Marines Bevo patch - Looks real (?) But it's not!

Just got this from my brother. Bevo Vietnam made. Real (?) or what. I think the top scroll says Duty Honor Country and the bottom says Republic of Vietnam Marine Division. If anyone can confirm, It would be nice to know. Have a Great Christmas. Thanks for looking.

Agree...the thick base of loose thread on the reverse is common to the reproduction woven patches

More like the 2000's, but still a repro.

Could be. But they were popular in the late 80s and into the early 90s. I cant think of the company that sold them out of their catalog.

I think the ones you are thinking of were printed as opposed to woven. I have some examples somewhere. Lancer Militaria used to sell such patches.
