Vietnam Marines Bevo patch - Looks real (?) But it's not!

Just got this from my brother. Bevo Vietnam made. Real (?) or what. I think the top scroll says Duty Honor Country and the bottom says Republic of Vietnam Marine Division. If anyone can confirm, It would be nice to know. Have a Great Christmas. Thanks for looking.

Agree...the thick base of loose thread on the reverse is common to the reproduction woven patches

 

Heres a II Corps MF on ebay.

Agree. Repro. Probably made in the 80’s. All the excess and horizontal threads

Could be. But they were popular in the late 80s and into the early 90s. I cant think of the company that sold them out of their catalog.

I think the ones you are thinking of were printed as opposed to woven. I have some examples somewhere. Lancer Militaria used to sell such patches.

I think the other vietnam patches that bollegs is selling on ebay are repros as well

 

All the Vietnam patches he has listed right now are copies.
