Bob Hudson Posted December 16, 2019 Share #1 Posted December 16, 2019 These came from a trunkload of Army clothing from a guy who served in the late 60's. At first glance they look like the common old US-issue skivvies, but I can only find those with three waist buttons, whereas this set has just two buttons and is adjustable in the back. There's no labels: just his laundry number and embroidered initials "HS"
RustyCanteen Posted December 17, 2019 Share #2 Posted December 17, 2019 Something is making me think UK for some reason, maybe check into that to confirm or not. T Ambrosini Posted December 18, 2019 Share #8 Posted December 18, 2019 I'm pretty sure they are Euro, possibly French. The buttons look a lot like ones I have seen on French military clothing in the past. The image below purports to be French Indochina era skivvies from the late 1940s... While not a match, they are very similar. Looking for items related to the Ninth Coast Artillery District and 6th Coast Artillery Regment Airman, give me a 341 !!!!
