Stony Posted December 8, 2019 #1 Posted December 8, 2019 If you happen to live close to or happen to be in the area of JBLM in WA state, the Ft. Lewis Museum is worth the stop. It underwent a major renovation last year the displays are outstanding. Lots of displays of uniforms and equipment from the Civil War on up to today. Also a nice vehicle park outside. It sits right next to I-5 at the Dupont exit on the southern part of JBLM and is open to the public Wednesday-Sunday.
speeder3 Posted December 8, 2019 #2 Posted December 8, 2019 Thank you, Stony, for the review. I do live in the area and have only tried to visit once (it was closed for renovation!). Every time I drive by it on I-5, I remark that my son and I need to check it out.
