1942 named hand camod camouflage shirt that was used on Iwo Jima, the shirt features a black paint added to the tropical side to darken down the camouflage. Often seen In lots of field gear used on Iwo and Okinawa.

The belt has been hand camouflaged in a dark green to also darken it down.

Helmet has been discussed on another thread, Leroy Junior Wire was a corpsman on Okinawa attached to the first marine division.
