This is stamped sterling and with the "Meyer Shield" on the back of this Wing.

My question, is this real OR a reproduction.

Before I offer it for sale I want to know what I have you know.

THANKS!

On the U.S. Army Air Force Airship Pilot WING

U.S. Army Air Force Airship Pilot WING

if it matters, I forgot to mention it measures about 3 1/8" long.

OK?

There are more than a few threads on NS Meyer restrikes. But there are at least 2 major problems that make me agree with Tod and Paul. The pin is wrong and the STERLING mark is wrong as well.

There are a few threads on Meyer restrikes in the forum that some us have put a great deal of time in putting together.

They should not be too difficult to find and you will be able to spot bad Meyer wings quick with some dedication.

As other experienced wing collectors have said, that wing is a stinker.
