55rocker52 Posted October 16, 2019 Share #1 Posted October 16, 2019 Hey Guys, Here is another head scratcher for me. I just recently picked it up. Did several hours to find out what it is, to no avail. All of the Brig. Gen. insignia that I have found all seem to be silver in color or sterling. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kent

MattS Posted October 16, 2019 Share #6 Posted October 16, 2019 Our sheriff wore gold stars (like this one), his chief deputy wore gold colonel's eagles. Yes, the genuine US military ones are silver or sterling.
