This Naval Aviator graduated Annapolis in 1951 and retired in 1977.

 

Here's some of his service:

 

USN - Enlisted 1945 Radio Tech

USNA - Class of 1951 Naval Academy

Student - Naval Post Graduate School

CO - VS-35 December 1968 – September 1969

Navigator - USS Yorktown until decommissioning

Staff - Naval War College 1972

The includes what appear to be all of his flights logs from 1952 to 1969, and his kneeboard with a stack of flight notes. The logs have lots of folded documents in them.
