USS FLASHER SS-249 SUBMARINE POCKET PATCH. PATCH IS 4 3/8" Dia. LOOKS HANDMADE, I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PATCH MADE LIKE THIS. THE BLACK BORDER THREAD BURNS LIKE COTTON. SOME KIND OF WHITE CLOTH BACKING. REUNION PATCH?
