GeneralCheese Posted September 14, 2019 Share #1 Posted September 14, 2019 I found this today in the Halloween hats at a thrift store, and while I've seen similar private purchase utility caps, I can't find any with this exact tag. The material is very thin and you can see through it holding it up to a light. Any help determining whether it's real or not, and when it's from would be appreciated.
