Here’s a recent pick up. An Americal Division jungle jacket featuring a 4th Infantry Division combat patch as well as Combat Medical Badge and Basic Parachutists Badge. All insignia is Vietnamese made.

Very nice. In March 1970 when the 1st Bn. 8th Infantry 4th Division went home a lot of guys with more than 6 months left "In Country" were transferred to the Americal Division. Dave

When our Colors went home if you had less than 6 months left you went home. If you had more than 6 months left you were reassigned. I don't remember anyone named Morton in our unit, but it's been a long time.
