What Branch: E Co. 405th Telegraph Bn., WWI

He shows up on the ships manifest as a corporal in Company E., 405th Telegraph Battalion. He sailed out of Hoboken on April 30, 1918 aboard the Huron. He returned in August 1919 now a sergeant. His home of record is Trinidad, Colorado.

There are others who actually collect dog tags, so they may provide you with a more accurate answer. My estimate would be in the $35 -$40 range for the pair.
