F-4 Phantom Pilot end of tour award

Recommended Posts

Here is a nice brass control stick awarded to USAF Captain Omar Keith from the 36th Tactical Fighter Squadron in Osan South Korea. I think it was given to the Captain upon completion of his 2 year tour (1982-1984). The squadron was flying the F-4 Phantom in those days.

wow that is cool!

Yeah, I think the Phantom is best looking jet fighter of the era; but I like P-40's from WWII! :D

Thanks for the comments, felt very fortunate to get this item. I also like the Phantom and think it is a beautiful looking aircraft. Some people think it is ugly but not me.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find any info on Captain Omar Keith.
