BigDogMilitaria Posted August 22, 2019 Share #1 Posted August 22, 2019 This grouping showed up out of the woodwork last week and I was able to make a deal to acquire it. One brother served with the Marine Raiders, and was KIA on New Georgia (Co. C 1st Raiders, KIA July 10, 1943) The other brother served in the 8th AAF as a Mechanic. He had an absolute wonderful photo album full of nose art photos and even a couple of the Champ himself, Joe Louis. Very please to have this group to a couple of local brothers. 6th.MG.BN Posted August 22, 2019 Share #10 Posted August 22, 2019 Great groupings! It never stops surprising me that family's get rid of their family history. Ken

Pip Posted August 23, 2019 Share #15 Posted August 23, 2019 Nice paper and smalls! The size I look for when collecting since I do not have a huge amount of room for uniforms and big stuff.
