Bottom left is the 23rd Engineer Regiment and bottom right is the 56th Armored Engineed Battalion according to the ASMIC Motto Catalog. I am also trying to identify the DUI in the top left. So far no luck.

Hi there DHolly - I have the same answer as you about the bottom two as I also checked the ASMIC Motto Catalog. But I could find no photo's on the Internet of any of these DUI's. Another member replied and informed that all 5 DUI's are fantasy DUI's and never existed. So that leaves us with the question - where does these come from? Also look at my posting on 10 Aug. Apparently those are also fantasy DUI's

Hello, I am updating the ASMIC Engineer DI Catalog. The 23rd Engineer Regt is listed in the catalog (Z23A1) but no image is shown. The DI in the bottom left matches the description in the catalog. It was likely made by Aresta of Hawaii. Aresta used several hallmarks (Aresta. AOH, Aresta of Hawaii, etc.

If possible, can I get a better picture of that DI (“NO PICK AND SHOVEL MEN WANTED").

Thanks

Top middle is the 81st Engineer Bn, Aresta.  The insignia in the top right is the 216th Engineer Bn, again from Aresta of Hawaii, taken from a design from the James Sawiki files.  The top left may be an El Salvadorian engineer unit manufactured by NS Meyer in the 1990s.
