I think Matt is spot-on with his identification of the type of badge depicted above... But is this an authentic WWII era Meyer's hallmarked USN Flight Nurse wing? What say you?

I believe it is an authentic WWII Meyer flight nurse wing but in rough shape. Looks like a lot of the finish is gone.
