citizensteely Posted May 6, 2020 Share #2 Posted May 6, 2020 Wow, this is an authentic 315th patch? Fantastic! My grandfather few C-47s in the 315th from February through June of '44, including towing gliders during Operation Thursday. He didn't have one of these patches in his mementos, however, and I would love to see a real one. Great piece!?

ocsfollowme Posted May 7, 2020 Author Share #4 Posted May 7, 2020 Yes this is an authentic one. It sold very cheap too (maybe $175) as I thought it would have fetched $500-600 if you PM me your email address I can send you the high res scan if you wanted to print it out or use it for whatever you want for a display case.
