Soldiers Memorial in St. Louis

Recently went through the newly redesigned Soldiers Memorial in St. Louis. If you happen to be in the area, it's really nice. And it's free! Here's a quick video with a few odds and ends from the museum. Really liked their WWI section and some stuff included from Iraq.

Looks like it is worth a visit. It's interesting that the WWI memorial was dedicated by FDR. It took awhile for some of these memorials to the Great War to be established.

 

It is great that they are making this a living monument, with the added displays and narrative.
