I was unable to find a similar DUI on a google image search for 38th Division Artillery. Is that the correct unit designation?

63rd Field Artillery Brigade 38th Division we should think, brigade dropped sometime in 1941 with al divisional brigades when divisions were reorganized, uncertain if it was retained for 38th DIVARTY.
