Strange 5th AF patch question

Here is a 5th AF patch, not sure of the age so I started it in the AAF section. I am assuming this may be a theater made patch but the problem is that the patch is a little over 4 inches in diameter, kind of big for a shoulder patch. Was this just something made up to sew on a jacket?

Looks like the ones they either put on the front of their A-2s or sometimes on the front of their Aussie made ike jackets. I believe these are Aussie made.

Looks Aussie made to me as well, these 5th can be found in a variety of sizes.

Any idea of possible age or value?

If it was in better condition, the price is much higher then $15-$20

This is a 4" piece, I would say it is probably more in the $75 range.
