Captured Taliban Pistol Holsters

This is a small grouping of four holsters (missing the pistols unfortunately! ) that I was able to pick up recently for quite cheap. These were captured by Sgt. Matthew Hervertt of Golf Co., 2/5 Marines during his tour in Helmand Province and sent back home to his cousin. I am no expert when it comes to these things as they are way out of what I usually collect, but I thought the history behind them was interesting.

Hope you enjoy them and feel free to correct any mistakes that I made when identifying them!

First one up is an unmarked leather holster. It resembles the US issued M1911 holsters in my eyes except with the addition of magazine pouch. I assume this might be a local made example

Third one is what I believe is a "Double Play" (A15 JJ) Holster produced by De Santis Gunhide based out of New York. While these were designed to hold a pair of handcuffs and one extra magazine, I believe this was used/modified as a pistol holster

Last one is a very non-descript Glock "Sport/Combat" Holster. It's made out of some cheap plastic/polymer material and is very flimsy

I think this one is a Tokarev style holster.

CNY Militaria

Interesting to see these. In my time there, I never saw the bad guys using holsters as they were too obvious/noticeable that way. Even the Afghan Police often just shoved their pistols in their waist, no holsters, before going out. Hopefully you have a good letter of provenance with the story.
