illinigander Posted June 5, 2019 Share #9 Posted June 5, 2019 Another reason? I am the retired grounds manager from a Federal Prison in Mi. I do not remember the date now, but at the USP Joint in Danbury,CT. there was a dorm fire and four inmates died due to the toxic material in the bed covers. Next day I took a 24 foot truck to the dump, with new covers, because they were out-lawed by the Bureau. They did make nice sword cases though. could no longer be used by Bureau order. They made nice sword and gun cases though Illinigander
