The bill is so new that the text is not yet available on the government website. However, the premise of the bill is... To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide for penalties for the sale of any Purple Heart awarded to a member of the Armed Forces. This is the exact same wording found on S.R. 122. Looks like theyre trying to start the Purple Heart Preservation Act again. Right now, both bills are in the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
