The green DI ("We Point the Way") is for the 703rd Military Police Battalion.

Scire facimus: is more than likely a USAREUR combined school Missile FA// Ordnance of some sort

The 703rd MP Battalion was activated at Fort Myer, Virginia, on 6 June 1941. It’s distinctive insignia features the Arlington House (Lee Mansion) at nearby Arlington National Cemetery. Jim Rogers wrote a one-page article about this DI on page 48 of the April-June 2016 edition of the ASMIC Trading Post.

I never realized the school would have that many programs, theres 8 different program/courses there
