Paddie UA Posted May 8, 2019 Share #1 Posted May 8, 2019 Hi guys! Just an interesting TL-122C with triple USALITE markings with soviet (lend-lease) winter camo remains. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1E62J-OXRJjkyfqdjAwRLm47dH5T1hubm https://drive.google.com/open?id=1dGahtZDJ_nFhEocXiepMf043x930ZZjV https://drive.google.com/open?id=13RlEpLZna-jGMJ2NsdTLqZQEvyDw3p3t
Old Marine Posted May 8, 2019 Share #2 Posted May 8, 2019 That's a nice flashlight. I reposted your photos for you. I don't think that the white on your light is the remnants of winter camo. All the WWII plastic flashlights had that white film on them. The white crud was caused by some chemical reaction of the plastic. I have 2 with the same white stuff on them. Old Marine Posted May 8, 2019 Share #5 Posted May 8, 2019 These are my TL-122's and you can see the same white residue. The plastic also smells terrible.
Paddie UA Posted May 9, 2019 Author Share #6 Posted May 9, 2019 Hmm... May be a chemical reaction. But my flashlight have no smell at all. Some magic way As for camo - mb it is chemical, but it looks like soviet wartame lime camo. Thanks for posting photo normally, I have a trouble with it.
