ScottG Posted May 8, 2019 Share #1 Posted May 8, 2019 Received this today. So, is it an interwar tropical jacket? If so I wonder where the 32nd went to need one? Is it just a locally tailor made coat? If so, wow! What a squared away Corporal. No labels are present and it appears to have two belt loops for a leather waist belt or Sam Browne? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance, Scott.

BILL THE PATCH Posted May 8, 2019 Share #3 Posted May 8, 2019 Well I see 4 grommet holes, two collar disks, and two for dui's, I would say interwar. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
patches Posted May 10, 2019 Share #4 Posted May 10, 2019 Nice and a first for this division, as the years go by we see more and more units of both the Regular Army and the Reserve Components wore these, the belief that only the Regulars in Hawaii, the Philippines and the Canal Zone wore these. ScottG Posted May 10, 2019 Author Share #6 Posted May 10, 2019 Thanks, not a woolie in the traditional sense but embroidered and pretty thick. Also found 1920s 125th Infantry and dui's in the pocket. I will re-shoot the pics when I get time. Scott
