Can anyone tell me more about these fuzes? I believe the long thin one is a WWII US Time Pencil. I dont know what the second brass one is. Were these predominantly OSS items or demo items? Any help is appreciated!

AirMechanic, the long, thin fuze is a US WWII time pencil fuse that has been crimped and striker has been released due to the acid eating through the retaining wire. This is generally considered an OSS demolition item. The other fuse looks to be a booby trap type device, the construction is strange to me though. It has a threaded end opposite the ignitor and I am not sure what country and era it is from. BTW. In my opinion, this type of device in the US Army would have been used more by the demolition specialists than OSS personnel. Both fuzes required a detonating cap to be crimped over the ignitor tip, to be able to reliably detonate explosives, mines or grenades.

The second is an early version of the M1 pull fuze made of brass with the original brass base. It would normally be painted OD. Mid war these were replaced with the standard M1 of slightly different design and made of metal alloy. The early version also lacks the positive safety pin (which went between the firing pin and cap) which made them a bit more dangerous to use. Looks like you also have two additional bases made of alloy.
