Are these unit numbered enlisted collar brass theater / foreign made?

No, they are US made from the post WWII era. Late 40s/50s

The two ones with 106, the 106th Medical Battalion and the 106th Engineer Battalion were in the 31st Infantry Division, Southern National Guard units, the 106th Eng Bn was from Mississippi, the 106th Med Bn was too, the division was active during the Korean War at Camp Atterbury Indiana as a training division.

 

The one with the 127 is for the 127th Airborne Engineer Battalion of the 11th Airborne Division, Ft Campbell or Germany worn.
