USAF Para Rescue Patch?

Here's a recent patch addition and was wondering if anyone could positively identify it.

 

It has definitely been used (if you hold it up to the light, you can see the original sewing holes as well as some original olive drab thread that was used to attach it) and looks like Asian construction. I'm thinking it might be USAF-related, but am unsure since I cannot find this particular design anywhere. (Also, if it helps, there was another patch like this one with the same design, definitely used, but different construction style).
