Two Insignia. One I have no idea?

Greetings all!

I have 2 insignia here. 1 I think is the 4th infantry division.....? Im pretty sure?

 

and the other??

I have no clue... I tried looking it up. No luck.

Looks like they are on a helmet liner.

 

The decals were fairly common during the 50s for many units to show regiment and parent unit.See them in use for both Regular Army,Reserves,and the National Guard as well.

This liner had to have been worn when the 75th AAA Bn was stationed at Ft Bliss (reactivated at Bliss in 1949) cause 2nd Army would of been the parent in the DC Area, Ft Bliss fell under 4th Army. Uncertain exactly when the unit was transferred to the DC area, the unit is inactivated in 1958 in Maryland
