1st Dolphins.Opinions appreciated

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I just purchased a WWII GEMSCO New York Submarine Deep Wave Officer Badge.

I would appreciate Members opinions. I have David Jones reference and have read all I can find on the forum regarding Gemsco Deep Wave.

It looks like a WW2 era original, though I have to admit I am new to badges. I collect photos and paper mostly.

Thanks

Thank you Josh B and Costa for the feedback, I appreciate it.

Costa, on your badge is the STERLING affected by the damaged die like shown in the David Jones book? I guess my question is, were all of the Gemsco Type II badges stamped with the damaged die. I have not seen one without that defect.

Thanks
