Proud Kraut Posted March 13, 2019 #4 Posted March 13, 2019 "Charge List" is an annex to ASMIC's "Motto List", it covers not only ROTC but all branches. Mine is from 1994. "...The list is used to identify DI's not covered by the MOTTO LIST. Identification is made by the charges appearing on DI's and in some cases by the geometrical shape of the insignia..."

tredhed2 Posted March 14, 2019 #7 Posted March 14, 2019 The charge list is a way to ID DIs that do not have a motto. The list works by describing symbols on a DI - lightning bolt, pine tree, cannon, etc and then combines them to give u the ID.
